Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of doclink.co (the "Site") and any services provided by DocLink ("DocLink," "we," "us"). By using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services

DocLink provides marketing, advertising, social media, website, mobile app and reporting services to physicians and medical practices. The scope, fees and other terms of services for a client are set out in a separate agreement, proposal or invoice. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for healthcare providers, practices and their authorized staff. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use them.

4. Accounts and security

If we give you access to a client account or portal, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@doclink.co if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, scrape it in bulk, or use it to send unlawful, misleading or harmful content. Do not submit patient health information through Site forms.

6. Fees and payment

Fees for services are set out in your agreement or invoice and are payable on the terms stated there. Advertising platform costs are handled as described in your agreement.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and software, belong to DocLink or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Ownership of materials created for a client is governed by that client's agreement.

8. Client content

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide for their practice profiles and campaigns, including credentials, services, insurance and office details, and for having the right to provide any photos or materials. Clients grant DocLink permission to use that content to provide the services.

9. Medical information disclaimer

Content on the Site, including physician profile pages, is general information and is not medical advice. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship with DocLink. In a medical emergency, call 911.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information shared in connection with the services, as further described in the client agreement.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Site or services for violation of these Terms. Termination of client services is governed by the client agreement.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent permitted by law, DocLink disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular number of patients, appointments or revenue.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DocLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from use of the Site or services. Liability relating to client services is governed by the client agreement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DocLink harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you provide.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
