We started DocLink because we lived the problem.
DocLink was founded by physicians who kept losing evenings and lunch breaks to marketing decisions they didn't have time to make well.
Agencies kept asking us to trust them
Before DocLink, we did what most practices do. We hired agencies, paid the monthly invoice and got back reports full of clicks, impressions and likes. When we asked how many new patients that money brought in, nobody could tell us.
So we ended up doing the marketing ourselves, after clinic, when we should have been home.
DocLink is the company we wished we could have hired: run by people who know medicine, and built to show exactly what every dollar returns.
What being doctors means for you
We know what a full clinic schedule looks like, how referrals actually move between practices, and what a patient is thinking when they search for a specialist. That shapes how we work.
We speak your language
You won't spend the first meeting explaining referral patterns, prior authorizations or why Friday afternoons are empty. We already know, so we can get straight to your goals.
We respect your time
No weekly status calls or long questionnaires. We ask for what we need once, check in when a decision needs a physician, and handle everything else.
We measure what you would
We judge our own performance the way you would: by patients seen and revenue earned. If a campaign isn't pulling its weight, you'll see it in the report and so will we.
What we believe
- 01
Marketing should be measured in patients
Clicks and likes are only useful if they turn into appointments. That's the number we report first.
- 02
Your time belongs in the clinic
Every hour you spend on marketing is an hour you're not with patients. Our job is to give that time back.
- 03
Patient privacy comes first
Patients book directly with your practice. Their health information goes to you, not into ad platforms.
- 04
Honest numbers, even when they're not pretty
Some months are slower than others. You'll always see the real figures, along with what we're changing.
- 05
No two practices are the same
Your specialty, your area and your patients are different from the practice down the street. Your marketing should be too.
Who we work with
Whether you're on your own or running several locations, we grow with you.
Solo practices
One doctor, a small team and no time for marketing.
Group practices
Several physicians who want one clear picture of what's working.
New practices
Building a patient base from day one.
New locations
Filling the schedule at a second or third office.
You'll always know where your marketing money went and what it brought back. That's the promise we started with, and it hasn't changed.
