Questions doctors ask us

Don't see yours? Email hello@doclink.co.

Who's behind DocLink?

Doctors. We started DocLink because marketing kept eating into our clinic time, and we never knew if it was working.

How are you different from a regular marketing agency?

Three ways. We only work with medical practices, so we already know the rules. Doctors run it, so we understand how a clinic works. And we measure ourselves by patients booked and revenue, not clicks.

How do you know if an ad brought in a patient?

Every ad leads to your own DocLink page. We count visits, clicks on "Make Appointment" and calls from that page, then confirm bookings with your office.

What's in the monthly report?

Who saw your ads, who visited your page, who booked, and what those patients are worth. Plus what we're changing next month. See the full list.

How do patients book?

Through your own online scheduler or by calling your office. Nothing changes for your front desk.

How much time will this take me?

A 15-minute call and a quick review of your page. Your office manager can handle the rest.

When will I see results?

Ads go live once you approve your page. Your first report comes after the first full month, and results usually improve as we learn what works in your area.

How much does it cost?

It depends on your goals and your market. We'll give you a clear proposal after the call, and nothing starts until you agree to it.

Which specialties do you work with?

Practices across many specialties. Ask us about yours.

What about HIPAA?

Patients book directly with your practice, so their health information goes to you, not to us or the ad platforms. Our reports use totals, not patient records.

Can you redo our website too?

Yes. We build practice websites that connect to your scheduling system.
