10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for any violation of these Terms of Service.

- DocLink does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability

- Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services.
